Our mission is to educate, prepare and provide young and talented footballers around the world, the opportunity to study at American universities by receiving athletic scholarships. Our players will have the opportunity to receive a college degree (undergrad or grad) and at the same time to continue developing their sporting career and experience the college life and American culture.

David Znaty

Owner & CEO

David has over twenty years experience, as a football player. Grew up at the youth system of Hapoel Kfar-Saba and was also a member of all youth Israeli national teams.

David also experienced playing professionally, in the Israeli first & second divisions, playing for Hapoel Kfar-Saba FC.

After three years of service at the Israeli Air Force, he started his college caeer, when receiving a full athletic scholarship at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. During his four years at Green Bay, David experienced both individual and team success and graduated with a B.A Degree in Marketing & Economics.

As owner and CEO, David oversees all company’s aspects.

Starting with recruiting and support of the athletes in Israel and abroad, finding the right colleges and career paths for them and continues with maintaining daily contact with the players and coaches in the US, marketing and advertising – website, social media and more.

Yuval Shaham

Head of Basketball Operations

Yuval joins us after several years of experience in the basketball field, both on the technological and professional side. In the past, Yuval took a significant part in a high-tech company that developed special tools and products for the NBA.

In recent years, Yuval has lived in the United States where he served as the Jewish Agency emissary in the State of Indiana and at the same time, as a reporter covering the NBA and college basketball all over the country.

Over time, Yuval developed personal connections with a large number of coaches, connections that have been maintained and preserved to this day.

Yuval will manage the basketball department of the agency and will be responsible for recruiting and accompanying our players from the beginning of our process to the end of their college career, both professionally and personally.

Adir Danin

Head Scout

Adir has over twenty years’ experience as a football player. Grew up at the youth system of Beitar Tubruk-Netanya and Hapoel Ra’anana.

Adir is still an active player at, as he experienced playing professionally for some top Israeli clubs such as: Hapoel Ramat-Gan, Hapoel Ra’anana, Hashkelon and others.

A certified instructor, and now also a respectable youth coach, his extensive experience and connections gained over the years will help Adir find the right players for us.

Adv. Shahar Greenberg

Technical Advisor

Shahar, a graduate of the University of Haifa law school, grew to the football business through his work at the Israeli Football Association legal department.

Greenberg, is consider as one of the young and promising sports lawyers in Israel.

Adv Greenberg, through Aharoni | Ettinger | Greenberg Law Office, will control and evaluate all legal aspects of the company and also advice on players around the country.

Francois Basty

GM France

Francois grew up playing soccer in Toulouse. In 2001, he joined the youth academy of Chamois Niortais FC. He also represented France, at the 2003 World Championships in China, before playing semi-professionally in London.

Awarded with an athletic scholarship by the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Francois pursued his soccer career from 2006 to 2010 at the Division I collegiate level, playing alongside David Znaty.

After completing his B.A. degree, he continued his education at North Central College in Chicago, graduating with an MBA, while working as a graduate assistant men’s soccer coach. Also in possession of a USSF “C” license, Francois’ extensive experience with coaching and recruiting will benefit the scouting of French players.

David Bernhardsson

GM Sweden

David brings valuable coaching and playing experience from the U.S. and Sweden. He started his career in the academy team of Örgryte IS.

David started his collegiate career, with the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay for one season and then transferred to the University of Hartford where he represented the program as its captain his senior year.

Proceeding the soccer career at the University of Hartford, he then took the position as the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at the University of Hartford while pursuing his master’s degree.

David has a B.A. degree in Economics & Finance and a Master of Business Administration. He will be scouting players from Stockholm, Sweden and follow them throughout our process.

Lucas Soares

GM Brazil

Over the past 13 years, Lucas has dedicated his life to the study of sports and getting work experience. Lucas has a degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching (2004-2007), a Specialization in Exercise Physiology at the Federal University of São Paulo (2008-2009) and Master in Sport Science at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (2011-2015).

He focused his researches in the football/soccer area, studying in depth the tactical, technical and physical aspects of the beautiful game. Lucas also has great international experiences, having the opportunity to live in New Zealand, Spain and Egypt (2009-2012).

In Brazil, Lucas continues to acquire good experiences as a coach and physical trainer, spending a season at the Clube Atlético Bragantino, traditional club from São Paulo state (2013-2015) and currently works at the Youth Academy of São Paulo Futebol Clube.

Nir Azoulay holds a BA degree in Information Systems and Economics, with over 9 years of experience in promoting websites on Google, as well as in developing WordPress sites and building digital marketing processes.

In 2012, Nir founded the company “Scotty”, which has become one of the most refreshing companies in the digital market in Israel.

Nir will be in charge of all digital and online aspects related to the company: company’s website, social networks, etc.
